Still Learning, Obviously

This learning stuff is hard! This is my latest project. I've been at it all afternoon. I had no idea this collaging online was so difficult. I think I may just go back to the good old fashioned way!

I purchased these from Mo Jackson's Doo Dad site--thanks to Mrs. Staggs!! (No wonder your back hurts!!) It has so many wonderful items, I don't even know where to begin. Guess I already have.

That is brill! Are you going to use is to replace the hippie with guitar avatar? I think this image much better conveys the spirit of your blog.

PS Coincidentally I just changed my blogger profile to use the same image as on my home page.

Rosa, I think your collage looks very nice. I consider myself fairly computer savvy as I work at a computer all day, yet I think it would be daunting to navigate through computerized collage work. I'm just trying to gear up for the real paper stuff ;-) Be proud of what you've accomplished so far!

I like it too :)
I have a hard enough time typing with two fingers let alone trying to make anything with photoshop or any other!
Hubby had to help me make the simple sign I used once in my blog.

An easy way to resize images (if you are using XP) is to install the microsoft powertoy image resizer. Search microsoft.com for "powertoys image resize" or go straight to http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx and scroll down till you see ImageResizer.exe

Once installed you can right mouseclick any image to resize easily. The default is 640x480 which is a convenient small size for blogging and sending to friends via email. Or select custom and give the maximum dimensions you wish to reduce to. It gives a smooth image, not too pixillated like some packages.
