Breakfast

I cooked the last of the frozen chocolate croissants this morning. I had five left in the freezer yesterday and needed the room to put the teenager's pizzas in there. I took them out and let them rise overnight in the oven.

I had purchased these (Williams-Sonoma) for our Thanksgiving week with my brother Jim and his family. They even impressed him, the ultimate food snob. They are as good as what you can get anywhere in the world, especially since they are straight out of the oven, as you like. Won't the hub be impressed when he gets up to go to work! Of course, I couldn't wait on him and already had mine, as you can see. What a treat. (The kids didn't get any, they were already off to school before they were finished.) The remaining three go right into hiding until they get home to enjoy them.

Talk about the life! It doesn't get much better than this.

I saw that organizer thingy at Costco too! I may have to go back and get it! Costco is a place where if you don't buy it when you see it, it's gone the next time!
I'd love to upgrade to a king bed, we'd have to get rid of some of our furniture to fit it in.
We've had a queen for almost forty years now..
:)

Hard to believe they taste as good as the French ones - but they certainly look the part! Must get your source, because after we leave France (not for years yet), we'll be lost without panne aux chocolat!

Ro, these look soooo good. There goes the diet!

Looking forward to seeing you next week end during my visit. Brandi drove by the old "hood" and said our house looked deserted. No patio furniture. Boo.
