But oh so good! Don't remember what this one was called!
I have found the perfect dog I want to get after we retire! He wasn't allowed into the lobby cafe, but he sure did try everything to sneak in between the banisters. So cute.
I introduce you to Mr. Bilbo Baggins, a Bedlington terrier.
His parents were as sweet as he was. There are lots of dogs that stay here which is always a bonus.
I was so excited, we came back to the room and I broke the Christmas yo-yo trying to walk the dog! Uh-oh.
I loved this door by our room.
Yesterday, we got up and went to British Columbia and to go on a snowmobiling tour. We were at 3,000 feet and went up the mountain to 8,000 feet. What beauty to behold. We were in Kicking Horse Canyon.
If you're ever able to get up here in the winter, you have to do so.
It was an all-day adventure and we even had lunch at the top by the old hunting camp.
Then the Irishman forgot to turn at one point. ha! No one was hurt and there were only a few wipeouts. It was a wonderful adventure and I can't wait to do it again the next time we're here.
Another delicious desert last night. Mmmmmmm.
High tea today. With a view.
And more photos from the hotel.
Happy happy!

Just gorgeous Rose! It looks so tranquil. I'm enjoying living vicariously. I skied today or should say over-skied! Oh my aching hip!~ XXOO ~ A
Isn't it stunningly beautiful there? I love it.
I'm so happy that you are all having such a wonderful and happy time, Rosemary.
Lots of love to you.

Stunning! Happy, Happy!
We camped in Kicking Horse Pass in the summer of 1963 and we did the same trail you did, only we hiked. The one shot you have, the one after the fire, I'm pretty sure is where the twin falls are -- in the dip of the distant trees. Beautiful sight. Of course we lost the trail on the way back, but being newly from Britain we had no worries about bear or or cougar! We just followed the river back down, when we found it, Others at the camp site were just about to sen out a search party. Truly! I guess ignorance is bliss.
I have been thinking about you and wondering how you have been doing. From the looks of those photos you are enjoying some beautiful scenery.
Take good care.
Hugs,
Amazingly beautiful! So glad your having a great time!
