This is one of the hills around our house. You can see how low the clouds are. I am loving it! Bring on the fog, baby!
I tell you, the trees have grown at least an inch in the past few days. Once again, I'm loving that new spring green. I won't like it so much after the rain stops and I am breathing in all that yuk again. Achew! This is the holly tree.
My rosemary is blooming. I never knew the tiny flowers are so similar to orchids! Who knew?
A cute house of the day on my way to mom's. Mom was actually SINGING today! I haven't heard her lovely singing voice in years! I was so excited.
The cats have been hunkered down inside during the rainy week we've had. Abby looks so sweet. She really has a personality like a door knob. You'd never know, would you?
Now, moving on to a little drier climate . . . the hub sent me lots of pictures from the Taj Mahal. Oh that famous shot.

If we aren't traveling with you, we are traveling with your Hub! The Taj Mahal ... how wonderful! Loved the little house and the fog (love fog -- as long as I don't have to drive in it). Glad to hear your Mom was singing!
Tennessee looks like a gorgeous place to live! I love all that greenery!
Wow, nice Taj Mahal pictures! Thanks for sharing!
Cheers,
Rosa
Love the photo of the low-hanging clouds....it looks so green! And, OMG, the photos from the Taj Mahal are gorgeous. I especially love that last one of all the doorways. But I'm with you on the heat....it won't be long before we get smacked with it and I'm not ready!
Wow, what a wonderful post! I love both your photos and the Hub's. What a contrast, when we see them both together, too.
It is cooler here this morning, but that's ok. The lilacs will last a bit longer that way.

What IS it with the rain these days? We're having it, too. Murder on the sinuses.
Gorgeous photos of rain, though --and the India ones, as well!
What great shots of the architecture!
I'll have to show these to my son. He's intrigued by the structural details.
The rain stopped and the sun peeked out for a bit, so I opened my window to enjoy the air. It all was going well until my lungs swelled up with those sneaky histamines.
I think your kitty is an very adorable doorknob.
I'm heading back to read about your moms move? Somehow I missed that post.
Happy Mother's Day to you and your mom! I hope you indulge yourselves in many decadent treats.
Sweet wishes,
Sara
I'm going to India either in November or February. I'm looking forward to it. Can't wait to see the Taj.
