This is the tiered thingy I was telling you about. I bought it when Martha Stewart's online store went out of business--a real bargain, I tell ya. I wouldn't have it otherwise. My vintage Santas, probably circa 1960s, are my favs. Don't these elves look sinister? hehe. I have a one-antlered reindeer in the back which you can't see. I'm missing others. Hmmmm. I have no idea where they could have gone. Probably ran off with Momma Bear, she's missing too. I guess bears don't stay together much anymore either. Wonder if Goldilocks will stick around to help raise Baby Bear?
Here's Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf. Of course, the Three Little Pigs are still together and the other Big Bad Wolf is still trying to trick them. Those brothers stick together through thick and thin.
I need to find some more old snow globes. I separated the sinister elves and this little Santa. I think they would be reeking some havoc if I hadn't. Talk about a "bad Santa!" Just look at that face!
The kid and I finished getting most of the outside lights up. Of course, some new strands are needed. Grrr. What a pain putting those things up. C'mon people. If we can have computers on air ports, we can have "air" electricity too. Am I wrong? Smarties unite! Please come up with something better than stringed lights! PLEASE, I beg!
The hub comes home from Texas tonight. Yea!
