Martin Luther King, Jr.

If he were here with us today, how proud he would be to see how far we have come. We should never forget his sacrifice.

Rosemary, I heard something today that made good sense. Instead of taking a day OFF (like so many do today), why not take a day ON, a day to go out and do something for someone else (like Habitat for Humanity or some kind of random act of kindness)?? I'll bet MLK would love seeing that happen all over the country, don't you?
Hugs,
Betsy

Thanks for this post. What a gorgeous print this is! I had to post about Martin Luther King, Jr. today too. What an amazing legacy. I wish he could be here for tomorrow's inauguration.
