We are chillin' on the river enjoying the beautiful Day.
Last night, we had a preview of fireworks as we were driving along the Bay.
We were on our way home from having ice cream at Jolly's in Fairhope. YUM.
Then we set off a few fireworks ourselves.
Today, we had our usual hot dogs and hamburgers on the grill. Yum!
Now, we're awaiting the sunset and then more fireworks tonight! Yippee.
Happy fourth everyone!PS Our little piece of Heaven is still free from oil. We are still able to fish and swim. We're fortunate. I will share pics from the Gulf beaches later. Yuk.

Happy Times. Ours was a very quiet day. Both of the large towns in our area passed on fireworks this year. Alas, the economy did it in. The Fourth of July just does not feel the same without a good show.
Fireworks, ice cream, water melon, hamburgers, hot dogs ... YeeHaw!!!!! Watcthing the fireworks on tv tonight ... too hot to get out!

Looks like you had a fun 4th! I'm glad to hear you don't have any oil where you are.
What a wonderful trip to Brussels you had, I would have made straight for the chocolate shops! lol The architecture is something else, isn't it, I just adore it. Our own architecture seems so plain in comparison. Loved seeing all of your pictures:-)
