hi Rosa so glad you are making a difference with no plastic bags, love the coffee cup idea too. I have a nice fabric bag to take shopping too. If we lived more like our grandparents did the world would be in a better way!
Oh wow, and I always thought the earth was round??? hehe Love that picture! I stopped using plastic bags a long time ago and only use paper bags now which then go in the recycling bin. It truly is amazing the difference it can make if each person would stop using stuff like plastic, styrofoam, etc. I know there were some things going on in the city here for Earth Day but I didn't go to any of them...was busy raking the lawns and getting blisters. Ouch!! Loved catching up on all your posts and looking at all your beautiful pictures. I'm so glad to hear that your mom's doctor appointment went so well, may she continue to do well:-) xoxo

Duh..at first I couldn't figure out what the heck it was! Then I took another look. Silly me. Good for you. I work for PBS...I'll have to see if I can get you one of our cups.
